With a background in illustration and a strong foundation in theater, his style blends absurd humor, deliberately stiff dialogue, and a carefully crafted retro visual approach. His most well-known work is The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra (2001), a film that earned him cult status for its satirical homage to B-movie cinema. Throughout his career, he has also written and directed stage plays, published books, and developed graphic projects, consistently maintaining a clear authorial identity: celebrating and mocking the conventions of classic cinema at the same time, from an affectionate, handmade, and deeply cinephile perspective.
