Keir Starmer has been accused of letting off child rapists with just warning letters whilst Director of The Crown Prosecution Service Starmer was tonight accused of letting child sex offenders off with a warning when he was overseeing Britain's prosecution service, with critics of the Prime Minister demanding urgent answers. Critics have declared the Prime Minister's position as “completely untenable”, after revelations he oversaw the use of “paedophile Asbos” that allowed suspects to get off with a mere warning. The investigation found documents from his time as Britain’s top prosecutor, describing how the Prime Minister was “drafting and agreeing” warning notices with police chiefs that whistleblowers say have been given to suspected child rapists!

Great piece by Rod Liddle in the Spectator in which addresses the issue that in every TV crime drama there will be black people, Chinese people, lesbians, the disabled, the impoverished, Muslims, the young but it won’t be any of them… the culprit will be a rich white person. He writes; “ Frankly if the show depicted a central London phone snatch it would almost certainly be carried out by a middle-aged, middle class white bloke called Oliver or Jacob riding a Brompton saying; ‘Hey old chap I’m going to have to take your bally smartphone.’ “ And the victim would be a 16-year-old lad of Somalian extraction.” The decent point he makes is that this is taking the drama out of crime drama as you will know the killer in the first episode…. It will be the affluent white bloke.
