When the Chiefs acquired Alex Smith, they thought he was their long term answer. When they realized he reached his ceiling, they traded up to get Patrick Mahomes. If #Jets have good leadership, they can have a plan then change on the fly if necessary. Stop worrying about long-term for the Jets. Focus on what’s good for next year and gaining some stability in the organization like the Chiefs did in 2013.
