Warning for @HostGator reseller customers: my business emails have been disrupted for almost 2 weeks. Support kept giving partial fixes, asked me to wait 24–48h repeatedly, then closed the case while the issue remained. Still no exact ETA.

Emails from all my reseller accounts are silently dropped across multiple accounts.
Looks like this is not an isolated case anymore. There may be a bigger HostGator mail delivery, IP reputation, or outbound issue affecting multiple customer

Hey @HostGator — your support portal sends users to a knowledge base with no way to open a ticket or access live chat. This is unacceptable. I need a PTR record configured Gmail silently rejects all outgoing emails from our domain. This is a basic mail server configuration

Hey @HostGator, I keep getting "Error uploading file: 552 Disk full - please upload later" on my "shared server" plan with unlimited storage -- and my site only has 6GB on it.
Customer Support said it was a cache problem and would be fixed last night. It is not.
