All social media influencers being paid by the Israeli government or ANY foreign government to promote a foreign country and a foreign country’s interests, must register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) under the DOJ. “Foreign governments routinely engage in efforts to influence our domestic and foreign policies, legislation, democratic processes, and public opinion. These governments sometimes exert this influence by employing lobbyists, public relations professionals, prominent businesspeople, or former U.S. government officials on their behalf. Such efforts are legal—if they are transparent. Originally enacted in 1938, the Foreign Agents Registration Act—known as FARA—helps the American people and their elected officials understand who is really behind such influence activity. The statute requires persons working on behalf of foreign governments or other foreign principals (including Americans) to disclose their relationships to foreign principals and information about their activities. Agents who fail to register are violating federal law, and they can be prosecuted if their failure is deliberate.” Saying this is not antisemitic or hateful to any people group or foreign country. It’s the law.

This is what @UNRWAUSA calls “militarized aid”: decorated U.S. veterans and local Palestinian staff working side-by-side to deliver food compassionately, securely, and without Hamas interference. UNRWA was kicked out of Gaza after nearly a dozen of its staff were found to be involved in the October 7 attack on Israel. Returned hostages reported being held in UN facilities. Doesn’t sound like humanitarian aid to us. Now, with its credibility in ruins and future existence in question, UNRWA lashes out at the only model delivering real results: 66 million meals and counting, safely distributed by GHF. This kind of fear-mongering and libelous dishonesty raises real questions about UNRWA’s operations, oversight, and tax-exempt status. We’ll keep feeding people. You keep your smear campaigns.

UNRWA must undertake serious introspection. Let us recall: Which organization has had representatives meet openly with known Hamas members? Which organization employed individuals implicated in the October 7 massacre and the kidnapping of Israeli civilians? Whose facilities had tunnels built below them? And which agency hired individuals affiliated with terrorist groups operating in Gaza? UNRWA was given numerous opportunities to uphold humanitarian principles, yet it consistently turned a blind eye as Hamas and other terrorist factions co-opted its operations. In doing so, it forfeited its credibility. Its removal from Gaza was not arbitrary, it was a direct consequence of its failure to remain impartial and complicit, whether through negligence or willful ignorance. You can not on one hand call yourself a humanitarian organization and on the other be a source of support for terrorist groups. Now, UNRWA seeks to discredit the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (@GHFUpdates) by labeling it a "death trap." It is a statement that reeks of hypocrisy.

7/ In response, Gaza’s major families are speaking out. The Madhoun family released a formal statement denouncing the looting and calling it part of a broader destabilization strategy. They also called for the formation of a national leadership consisting of heads of municipalities, national institution and popular committees to put an end to these attacks. They warned: “These gangs act in alignment with the goals of the occupation.”

Mahmoud Al Madhoun was killed last month in an Israeli drone strike. He was much loved both online and on the ground in northern Gaza for his work providing food to desperate families. @SecKermani reports - with footage filmed by local journalists.
