@Expedia @hotelsdotcom @motel6 please explain to me why you think it is reasonable to charge a guest upwards of $180 a night at this particular Denver location 3050 W. 49th Ave. It’s a dirty there’s dog feces smeared on the sidewalk. There’s drug usage. Would you like video?

For those with summer travel plans, stay away from @hotelsdotcom. Booked a room through Hotels.com Arrived at hotel to be told they were oversold and there was no room. Still charged by Hotels.com Just book directly through the hotel.

Never use @hotelsdotcom to book any travel plans, rooms, etc! Not only horrible customer service but their site contains incorrect information, they send you on wild goose chases to a replacement hotel that is sold out & then dont honor when hotel is cheaper than when you booked

@hotelsdotcom my friend and I booked a room for two nights at The Palmerston in Toronto and we are unable to get in touch with anyone who works here to get our room. There’s no check in desk, no one has been answering the phone when we call. We’ve been here for an hour.
