The @HotpointIreland Washing Machine sounds like an aircraft preparing for take off. I think it’s possibly easier to put a “man on the moon” than it is to get an Engineer out to give the machine a service. @DandG_Support it’s pretty despicable! #SuperSilent 🤣

@DandG_Support Can I suggest you cease selling insurance in Ireland for washing machines. 3 hours, 6 telephone calls, no outcome. You keep taking the direct debit. BUT because I’m in Ireland the repair agents at @HotpointIreland just want to sell me Washing Machine Cleaning fluid

@HotpointIreland Hi, need a repair to my oven. I rang the number, dealt with a nice chap and he gave me a number to ring, rang that, answered the questions and was put through to another chap who was at the same call centre and he gave me the number I had rung to end up with him

Waiting 2 weeks for my fridge to be repaired and suddenly informed that it will be next week?! I got conned into paying for their repair service, regret that now. Should have just bought a new fridge from a more reliable company @HotpointIreland never again

Having bought a @HotpointIreland Schrödinger‘s tumble dryer in January and the delivery date today, eventually I called them to find out where the tumble dryer was. I was told that it doesn’t exist and that it shouldn’t be on the website. I will get a refund in time. Scam?

@HotpointIreland oven not even 12 months old!!! Long story short, engineers have been out 4 times. Oven not working now for a month. Keep saying I am not entitled to a new oven….I just want a WORKING oven!! Will never be buying hotpoint appliances again😡

@HotpointIreland Ah Stefan not your fault pet .. but I’ve never in all my life had that many faults with a machine and such bad service . It broke within 6 months of being recalled , they wouldn’t replace it , the engineer tried to sell me cleaning fluid for it , it broke again and again

@HotpointIreland Absolutely shocking after sales support from Hotpoint Ireland. 14 month old oven and simply not possible to have it repaired. Zero customer service unless extended wartanty taken out!

@HotpointIreland avoid hotpoint washing machines , door fell off , poor design metal screws in a plastic door, told I have to wait 2 weeks for under warranty repair this morning , #hotpoint #washingmachine , very bad #CustomerService , machine less than 1 year old

Give @hotpointireland a wide berth when looking for appliances. 18 months in and we’ve had issues with oven and now freezer. Known issues with both. Want to charge for an engineer to fix our ‘no frost’ freezer which is full of ice.

Not a happy bunny .. that @HotpointIreland washing machine is broke again . On hold for 21 minutes with them trying to find me on their system only to get cut off 🤔🤔 a trip to power city for a new one and then small claims court to get my money back on this thing ..
