Any motorised vehicles before or after, other than emergency vehicles, should adhere to current speed limits including 20mph zones

@_julietelliott @ChptIII I really like CHPT3, especially the women's range (comfiest socks ever). Aesthetically pleasing as the Biarritz kit is, I find it's more for the more Instagram friendly cyclist than me. I think it's because the white graphic designs contour the female form (DON'T LOOK AT ME!!)
