So why would she get out the car not knowing if the driver is going to pull off before she can completely get out the car

@TrumpGirlLove I'm on the passenger's side. This is a thing some of these drivers do. They'll cancel the ride and still get your money. The driver said multiple times that she had canceled the ride, which means, the driver has her money. That's why she wasn't getting out.
