@Uber_Support is it possible to order groceries or lunch and pick them up instead of having them delivered?

through the app and was told I would receive a response within 6–12 hours. That was on Monday, and I’m still waiting for this to be resolved. This is also the second time this has happened. How can I get this resolved? Thank you.

@Uber_Support @Uber Hello, I paid for my Uber ride in cash. The trip was about $9.50, and I gave the driver $20. I asked him to note it on his end in the app, but he didn’t know how to do that, and there was a language barrier. I contacted Uber support immediately
