@TheTruthInVera @Klarna .@Klarna are useless. We need to get our experiences together and bring it to attention as they don’t function like a normal bank. A concert I booked falsely advertised a music artist and Klarna are useless in investigating it. My friends got their money back with Barclays

I was scammed out $2,500 by a fake mentorship program. And because I paid with @Klarna I may never see my money again. Ive now had to escalate my case for the 3rd time and theres no fraud team to speak with directly. I wish I knew this wasn’t a secure payment method 😭.

@Nevils480 @UberEats I’ve experienced the same. They’re useless. Their call cancelled on me and told me to report on the app. But the app won’t let me submit my complaint. I think we need to gather our reviews together and ask for compensation. This is ridiculous
