سائفر، اس کی پردہ پوشی، اور اس کے نتائج ڈراپ سائٹ نیوز نے ایک دستاویز شائع کی ہے، اور دعویٰ کیا ہے کہ یہ 7 مارچ 2022 کا اصل سائفر ہے جو ایک فوجی ذریعے سے حاصل ہوا۔ دنیا اب سمجھتی ہے کہ یہی وہ ناقابلِ کر دیا جائے گا"، اگر وزیرِاعظم @ImranKhanPTI کے خلاف عدم اعتماد کی تحریک کامیاب ہو جاتی ہے، اور ساتھ ہی خبردار کیا کہ اگر ایسا نہ ہوا تو پاکستان تنہائی کا شکار ہوگا۔ یہ سفارت کاری نہیں تھی۔ یہ ایک دھمکی تھی، جو ایک خود مختار ریاست کے سفیر کو دی گئی۔ قومی سلامتی کمیٹی نے اپنی دو اجلاسوں میں واضح طور پر کہا کہ یہ پاکستان کے اندرونی معاملات میں ناقابلِ قبول اور کھلی مداخلت ہے، اور حکومت نے برحق سفارتی احتجاج (ڈیمارش) جاری کیا۔ مئی 2022 میں، میں نے بطور صدر، چیف جسٹس عمرعطا بندیال صاحب کو باضابطہ طور پر خط لکھا، جس میں جوڈیشل کمیشن کے قیام، کھلی سماعتوں، مکمل تحقیقات، اور حقیقت کو ریکارڈ پر کیا؟ کس نے اندرونِ ملک غیر ملکی اشارے کو سہولت فراہم کی؟ اور پاکستانی ریاست کے کن اداروں نے ایک منتخب وزیرِاعظم کو ہٹانے میں تعاون کیا؟ پاکستان کو حقیقت معلوم ہو جاتی۔ وہ شخص جس نے قوم کو خبردار کیا تھا، اسے جھوٹے مقدمات میں قید نہ کیا جاتا جو اسی دستاویز سے جنم لیئے، جس کی تحقیقات سے ریاست نے انکار کر دیا تھا۔ اس کے بجائے، قوم کو تباہی کے مسلسل چارسال ملے۔ صرف ایک حکومت نہیں بدلی گئی، بلکہ جمہوریت کو ٹکڑے ٹکڑے کر کے ختم کیا گیا، ہر سطح پر مکمل ادارہ جاتی سازش کے ساتھ اسے منہدم کیا گیا۔ پارلیمان کو "بدبودار مفادات کا ایوان" بنا دیا گیا۔ پاکستان کی تاریخ میں سب سے بڑے عوامی مینڈیٹ کی حامل تحریکِ انصاف سے اس کا انتخابی نشان چھین لیا گیا، اس کی نشستیں عدالتی حکم کے ذریعے ڈھٹائی سے دوسروں کو دے دی گئیں، صرف اس لیے کہ 17 نشستوں والی جماعت کو جعلی دو تہائی اکثریت دی جا سکے۔ تحریکِ انصاف کے کارکنان پر فوجی عدالتوں میں مقدمات چلائے گئے۔ اس کے ووٹرز کو حقِ رائے دہی سے محروم کیا گیا۔ اس کے قائد کو قید کر دیا گیا — انہی الزامات پر جو اسی دستاویز سے پیدا ہوئے جسکا ریاست نے جائزہ لینے سے انکار کر دیا تھا۔ 26ویں اور 27ویں ترامیم جبر کے ذریعے منظور کروائی گئیں، جنہوں نے عدلیہ کو انتظامیہ کی لونڈی، اور حقوق کی محافظ کے بجائے غاصبانہ اقتدار کے استحکام کا ایک آلہ بنا دیا۔ اب انسانی نقصان کا حساب کریں۔ ہماری 44 فیصد آبادی خطِِ غربت سے نیچے زندگی گزار رہی ہے، یعنی دس کروڑ پچاس لاکھ افراد — جو 2019 کے مقابلے میں دو کروڑ زیادہ ہیں۔ حقیقی آمدنی تباہ آدھی رہ گئی ہے۔بجلی اور پیٹرول آسمان سے بات کر رہے ہیں۔ مہنگائی اور بے روزگاری عروج پر ہیں۔بمشکل تین فیصد کی جی ڈی پی کا اضافہ آبادی کے اضافے کے ساتھ قدم نہیں ملا سکتی، نئے مزدوروں کو روزگار دینا تو دور کی بات ہے۔ دہشت گردی اپنی بلند ترین سطح پر ہے۔ سرمایہ آ نہیں رہا، بلکہ جا رہا ہے۔ دو کروڑ بیس لاکھ نوجوان نہ کام کر رہے ہیں اور نہ تعلیم حاصل کر رہے ہیں، جبکہ ڈھائی کروڑ بچے اسکولوں سے باہر ہیں۔ سمت بالکل واضح ہے: پاکستان کہیں زیادہ تیزی سے غریب ہو رہا ہے۔ یہ صرف اعداد و شمار نہیں ہیں۔ یہ وہ بچے ہیں جو بھوکے پیٹ سوتے ہیں۔ یہ وہ نوجوان ہیں جو کشتیوں میں ڈوبتے ہوئے ان ساحلوں کی طرف جا رہے ہیں جو شاید انہیں مار ڈالیں، کیونکہ ان کا اپنا ملک انہیں دھکیل رہا ہے۔ یہ وہ مائیں ہیں جو دوا اور روٹی کے درمیان انتخاب کرنے پر مجبور ہیں۔ ان تمام انسانوں کی حالت اپریل 2022 کے اس فیصلے کا براہِ راست، قابلِ سراغ، فرانزک نتیجہ ہے، جس میں پاکستانی عوام کے جمہوری مینڈیٹ کو سبوتاژ کیا گیا۔ یہ کوئی قدرتی آفت نہیں۔ یہ ایک سازش کی قیمت ہے، جس کے تمام شریکِ جرم عوام کے سامنے برہنہ کھڑے ہیں۔ ڈونلڈ لو نے دھمکی دی۔ اس نے حکومت نہیں گرائی۔ پاکستانیوں نے ایک پاکستانی حکومت گرائی۔ جنرل باجوہ وردی میں۔ کچھ لوگ عدالتی جبّوں میں۔ کچھ "دستار" میں۔ بدعنوان سیاستدان۔ اور ایسے جنہوں نے دبئی میں قوم کے لوٹے ہوئے خزانوں کے رجیم چینج کے لیئے منھ کھول دیئے۔ ان سب نے عوام اور اس آئین کے تحفظ کے بجائے، ایک غیر ملکی اشارے کو ترجیح دی۔ مجرم صرف بیرونی نہیں تھے، اندرونی بھی تھے۔ یہ بات صاف اور ہمیشہ کے لیے ریکارڈ پر رہنی چاہیے۔ جو لوگ کہتے ہیں، "یہ ماضی کی بات ہے، آگے بڑھیں"، میں ان سے کہتا ہوں: قانون کی حکمرانی کے بغیر سرمایہ کاری نہیں آ سکتی۔ آزاد عدلیہ کے بغیر قانون کی حکمرانی نہیں ہو سکتی۔ اور ایسی عدلیہ، جس کی بنیاد زیادہ تر بدعنوان ججوں پر ہو، کبھی آزاد نہیں بن سکتی۔ آگے بڑھنے کا راستہ حقیقت کے درمیان سے گزرتا ہے، اس کے باہر سے نہیں۔ پاکستان کی معاشی تباہی، اس کا ادارہ جاتی زوال، مکمل کرپشن، قومی دیمک جو سب کچھ کھا رہی ہیں، ان میں سے کوئی بھی خدا کا فعل نہیں بلکہ اعمال کا نتیجہ ہے۔ یہ ایک مجرمانہ رجیم چینج کا براہِ راست اور قابلِ سراغ نتیجہ، جسے باہر سے سہولت دی گئی اور اندر سے اس پر عمل درامد کیا گیا۔ جیسا کہ سائفر کے مندرجات اب عوام کے سامنے رپورٹ ہوئے ہیں، ریکارڈ واضح ہے۔ یہی غاصب اب بھی اقتدار میں ہیں اور میرے ملک کی تباہی کی منصوبہ بندی کر رہے ہیں۔ آگے بڑھنے کا واحد معقول اور منصفانہ راستہ بالکل واضح ہے: اب پیچھا چھوڑو، اور میرے لوگوں کو جینے دو۔ مجھے اس قوم سے غداری کرنے والوں کے لیے اقبال کا حوالہ دیتے ہوئے تکلیف ہوتی ہے، مگر یہ شعر لازوال ہے۔ جعفر از بنگال و صادق از دکن ننگِ آدم، ننگِ دیں، ننگِ وطن سائفر بول چکا ہے۔ اب پاکستان کو The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sohail Afridi, along with the entire provincial cabinet, parliamentary leadership, members of National Assembly and members of the Punjab assembly was heading toward Adiala Jail to stand in solidarity with their leader, Imran Khan. For the past seven months, Imran Khan has been unlawfully subjected to solitary confinement in prison, isolated from his family, denied basic rights, and deliberately cut off from the people of Pakistan. For the last eight months, he has also been denied proper medical treatment despite repeated concerns regarding his health. These actions are not only inhumane, but a blatant violation of constitutional, legal, and fundamental human rights. After exhausting every democratic and legal avenue, we are left with no choice but to exercise our constitutional right to peaceful assembly in order to raise our voice against this illegitimate, stolen-mandate government and its continued political victimization of Pakistan’s most popular leader. Our gathering point was nearly one kilometer away from Adiala Jail. Yet despite this peaceful and lawful intention, the police moved to block Imran Khan’s family, the elected representatives of the people, the entire Khyber Pakhtunkhwa cabinet, and the sitting Chief Minister immediately after they exited the motorway en route to Adiala through Rawalpindi. The blocking of an elected Chief Minister and his cabinet is not just an attack on one political party, it is an attack on democracy itself, an insult to the mandate of millions of Pakistanis.

On the Cipher, the Coverup, and the Consequences: Drop Site News published a document, claiming that it is the original Cipher I-0678 dated 7 March 2022, and it came from a military source. The world now believes that this is the smoking gun. Let's dissect it from there. Pakistan's establishment spent four years suppressing, prosecuting people over it, claiming that it did not exist. The truth was forced out not from within Pakistan, but by an American investigative outlet. That fact alone is the indictment. Donald Lu told Pakistan's Ambassador plainly: “All will be forgiven in Washington”, if the no-confidence motion against PM @ImranKhanPTI succeeded, while warning of isolation if it did not. This was not diplomacy. It was a threat and a bribe, delivered in the same breath, to a sovereign nation's ambassador. The NSC in its two meetings clearly stated that this amounted to unacceptable and blatant interference in the internal affairs of Pakistan and that the Govt. rightly issued a démarche. On 12 May 2022, I as President formally wrote to CJP Umar Bandial requesting a Judicial Commission, open hearings, full investigation and truth be placed on record. This was published in all newspapers. (Please read the letter below, every word carries historic weight in world affairs of this nature). CJP received that letter. Did not comment. Did not act. The judiciary's silence marked the beginning of its institutional surrender. Had that Commission been constituted, these questions would have been answered under oath: who received the cipher, who acted upon it, who domestically facilitated the foreign signal, and which institutions of the Pakistani state collaborated in the removal of an elected prime minister. Pakistan would have had the truth. A man who warned the nation would not have been imprisoned on false charges arising from the very document the state refused to investigate. Instead, the nation got four years of compounding ruin. A regime was not merely changed but democracy was dismantled, piece by piece, demolished with full institutional complicity at every level. Parliament was reduced to a 'stinking chamber of convenience'. PTI commanding the largest popular mandate in Pakistan's history had its electoral symbol stolen, its seats brazenly allocated to others by judicial decree, all to hand a 17-seat party, a fraudulent two-thirds majority. PTI's workers were tried in military courts. Its voters were disenfranchised. Its leader imprisoned — on charges arising from the very document the state refused to examine. The 26th & 27th Amendments were coercively passed, turning the judiciary into a handmaiden of the executive, an instrument of crooked consolidation rather than a guardian of rights. Now count the human cost. 44% of our people are below the poverty line, 105 million people that is 20 million more than in 2019. Real incomes have collapsed. GDP growth of barely 3% cannot keep pace with population, let alone absorb new labour. Terrorism is at its highest. Capital is leaving, not arriving. 22 million young Pakistanis are neither working nor studying, 25 million children are out of school. The direction is unambiguous: Pakistan is getting poorer, faster than ever. These are not statistics. These are children going to bed hungry. Young men drowning on boats to shores that may kill them, because their own country is pushing them out. Mothers choosing between medicine and bread. Every single one of these human beings is a direct, traceable, forensic consequence of the decision made in April 2022 to subvert the democratic mandate of the Pakistani people. This is not an act of God. It is the price of a conspiracy with all its collaborators naked before the people. Donald Lu issued a threat. He did not remove a government. Pakistanis removed a Pakistani government. General Bajwa in uniform. Some in robes. Some in ‘dastaar’. Corrupt politicians, some with deep pockets from Dubai. They chose a foreign signal over the people and the constitution they had sworn to protect. The perpetrators were not only foreign but local. Let that be stated plainly and permanently on the record. To those who say, "this is the past, let us move forward", I say that: There is no investment without rule of law. There is no rule of law without an independent judiciary. And there is no independent judiciary that can be built upon the foundations of predominantly crooked judges. The path forward runs through the truth, not around it. Pakistan's economic misery, its institutional decay, total corruption, national termites eating up everything, none of it is an act of God. It is the direct and traceable consequence of a criminal regime change, facilitated from without and executed from within. The contents of the cipher as reported are now public. The record is clear. The usurpers remain in power orchestrating my country's misery. The only reasonable and just way forward is unambiguous: LEAVE and let my people LIVE. It pains me to invoke Iqbal for those who betrayed this nation, but this verse is timeless: جعفر از بنگال و صادق از دکن ننگِ آدم، ننگِ دیں، ننگِ وطن Jaffer of Bengal, Sadiq of Deccan, Disgrace to humanity, disgrace to faith, disgrace to country. The cipher has spoken. Now Pakistan must. 🇵🇰

The recent wave of enforced disappearances, extrajudicial killings, and forced press conferences in Balochistan is deeply alarming. The space for peaceful political expression and human rights advocacy is shrinking day by day, while those demanding justice are continuously being silenced through intimidation and fear. Every human being has the right to raise their voice against injustice and human rights violations. But when peaceful platforms are targeted by the Pakistani state, what options are left for the people? Where should families go when the judicial system and state institutions fail to protect the oppressed, and instead remain silent over the suffering of the Baloch people? Nizar Marri Baloch, a human rights defender and member of BYC, was forcibly disappeared, and to this day there is no information about his whereabouts. Zeeshan Zaheer Baloch, whose father, Zaheer Ahmed, has been forcibly disappeared since April 13, 2015, grew up carrying the burden of enforced disappearance within his own family. Instead of receiving justice, Zeeshan himself was killed on June 29, 2025. His family, already shattered by years of suffering, continues to face harassment and pressure. Recently, his sister, Adeeba Baloch, was forced into a press conference to publicly distance herself from the BYC. Such actions reflect the extent to which families are being targeted and psychologically tortured. Fozia Baloch, an active member of the BYC who has consistently stood against injustice, is also being targeted repeatedly. Her brother, writer Daad Shah, was forcibly taken by state agencies on April 21, 2026, from their home. When Fozia demanded justice and raised her voice for her brother, she and her family were dragged, detained, and later released. The message being sent is clear: even demanding basic human rights has become dangerous in Balochistan. These new tactics of harassing the families of BYC members, disappearing peaceful activists, and killing people in broad daylight expose the harsh reality in Balochistan today. Peaceful activism is being criminalized, while those responsible continue to operate without accountability. The state itself is creating narratives to suppress dissent and silence every voice demanding justice. We want to make it absolutely clear: BYC was peaceful, BYC is peaceful, and BYC will continue to peacefully raise its voice against oppression, enforced disappearances, and human rights violations in Balochistan. I urge all human rights organizations and international institutions to take serious notice of the ongoing situation in Balochistan and hold Pakistan accountable for the continued targeting of peaceful activists and the ongoing human rights crisis in Balochistan.
