This is PROOF of how absolutely unhinged and out of control these Democrat judges are.
More than 11,000 officers signed a petition by the police union to keep NYPD Sgt. Erik Duran out of prison.
Yet a judge sentenced him to three to nine years for second-degree manslaughter.
His crime? He threw a cooler at a suspect fleeing on a scooter.... and the criminal crashed into a tree and didn't survive.
It happened in 2023 - and in this video clip, you can see the "innocent victim" (translation: criminal running from the police).
It's time for a MASSIVE blue-flu in the city. Enough is enough. NYC has fallen. Everything Democrats touch turns to garbage.

A man who killed an infant starts saying he's actually a woman while in prison.
The @ACLU backs his lawsuit demanding cosmetic surgery at taxpayers' expense.
The lawsuit is successful. The state is ordered to fund cosmetic procedures for sexually disordered criminal men.
Then, the "trans woman" is mysteriously released 30 years early, without local authorities being told.
Meanwhile, he says he fell in love with another transgender baby killer who is filing legal claims against the Department of Corrections.
To top it off: he started making porn of himself immediately after being released.

Police show up (that SHE called), she gets belligerent, resists arrest… and somehow even slips out of handcuffs like it’s a magic trick.
All of this… because she wouldn’t walk to her car for 10 seconds.

Judge Kevin Robert Christensen who sat on the bench deciding cases for years was caught in a massive child s*x exploitation ring.
He resigned in disgrace in March after being placed on administrative leave.
