@Fennerby @MartinSLewis Ts&Cs on these orders will almost certainly say that ‘time is not of the essence’ (OTE), and that they are delivery estimates and that X% of orders are delivered in those times. To win you would need to prove that it was clear when entering the contract that time was OTE

It’s easy in hindsight to say it’s too risky, but clearly previous reactions hadn’t been as severe, and so the risk was not perceived as being so high. Perfectly reasonable to feel safe ordering a non-dairy option.

@SkyNews Why would you take the chance. If I had an allergy to something that would kill me I wouldn’t chance relying on someone else to make sure it was ok. And I certainly wouldn’t order it for my kids. Take some self responsibility
