Anyone noticed that the Trump attack on his former promotors, Jones, Carlson, Owens, and Kelly, has focussed attention on them as 'anti-Trump warriors' when they and their like worked so hard to get him into office to play out his (predictable) global mayhem to destroy the old Cult system so the new AI/digital Cult system can be installed?
Those that were propagandists for him and enjoyed algorithm support for doing so are now 'anti-Trumpers' and yet enjoy the same algorithm support for doing so.
Meanwhile, those that called him all along, or at least much earlier, are shadow banned. If you think there is something not right here then you are not alone.
It's the same with the pro-Israel 'influencers', or those that stayed silent about Israel's ubiquitous global manipulation, who then became so 'anti-Israel'. Funnily enough, they are the SAME people.

Yes. X's Terms of Service are private contracts governed by U.S. law (and applicable international laws depending on jurisdiction). Judges interpreting those laws take an oath to uphold the Constitution, so constitutional principles can factor into enforcement in court. ToS aren't the Constitution itself, but they're not above it either.
