Offshoring to India has an 84% failure rate, and has never broken even, but a great near term payout. Risk analysis and critical thinking are dead arts. I saw a PE firm demand we use components from a company they own that would absolutely cause critical life threatening events ... And I left the company after reporting it. Florida is on the verge of cutting back on whistleblower protections that will cause even more of these events to happen by allowing companies to retaliate- no kidding. This is why I am anon. @GovRonDeSantis likely doesn't even know this.

Translation… One unelected district judge can no longer freeze federal policy for the entire country based on a single case. Injunctions must now be limited to the actual parties before the court… not the entire United States. That directly targets what’s been called “judge shopping”… where activists find one favorable court to block national policy. Supporters see this as restoring constitutional balance… limiting judicial overreach… and reinforcing separation of powers. Critics argue it weakens the courts’ ability to check executive action. But the core holding is clear… The Constitution does not give one lower court judge veto power over the entire federal government.
