This weaponising of crime by people on the right is ridiculous. For example, if I was a Sky News watcher or 3AW listener I could easily put the opposite conspiracy theory Brad Batten. Is actually making sure crime is publicised so more and more young people get 15 minutes of fame by committing these crimes and it helps his party, I don’t actually believe that at all but it’s just as ridiculous as blaming the premier for the current crime rate. But sky and aW have been weaponising for political purposes crime for years with the liberal party and people just don’t believe you any more.
