@Humanheadhunter That is all probably true. But many bosses want a return to the office because they suspect that workers aren't actually doing work related tasks when remote. Do those same bosses want their employers networking for their next jobs instead?

Blows my freaking mind how there are huge underserved niche software markets out there that big companies and funded startups cannot afford to take on. Why? Market is not big enough for them to make it worth it. Perfect for a niche bootstrapped startup though. 🚀🚀

The easiest ways to eliminate yourself from a remote role during an interview: ❌ Showing up late (since there is no commute) ❌ Bad internet connection (how should they trust you'll have good connection on the job?) ❌ Looking sloppy (you should still dress professionally)
