Did a Collison installation to help @hyperspell get discovered and chosen in AI answers across Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor. If you haven't checked them out, they build a "company brain" that centralizes knowledge. Huge thanks to the team for the merch and chocolates! @contextconor @iditoryon

your agents have better context than you do we built @hyperspell to fix context for agents. turns out the context for humans is an even bigger problem we call the fix reverse context engineering. getting the right context to humans, not just agents agents are taking over execution but humans still set the goals. a goal set with partial context is the wrong goal, and now it gets executed at machine speed connectors can answer any question. the problem is knowing what to ask. you don’t know what you don’t know so we’re making the company brain proactive. it sends you what matters before you ask. you open your laptop monday morning already knowing the contract stalled in legal, which commitments are due this week, and what your team is blocked on your agents get the same updates. every human and agent in the company working from the same information and it arrives translated into your worldview. a salesperson and a marketer need different framings of the same deal because their vocabulary and world models are different notifications spent fifteen years distracting us. proactive context is the first time push makes you more productive this is how humans stay in charge while agents take over execution

reverse context engineering is getting the right context to humans and it’s way more important than context engineering for agents we all have a smaller context window than any of our agents agents are handling more of the execution but humans are still setting the goals. a goal set with partial context is the wrong goal connectors can answer any question you ask. the problem is knowing what to ask. you don’t know what you don’t know our biggest push at @hyperspell right now is proactive context management instead of waiting for you to ask, the company brain sends you what matters. you open your laptop monday morning and already know the contract stalled in legal, which commitments are due this week, and what your team is blocked on we push the same context to agents too, so everyone is working from the same information the other piece is translation. a salesperson and a marketer looking at the same information need different framings because their vocabulary and world model are different. context has to arrive in your worldview, at your level of detail in the social media age notifications were used to distract us now proactive context from the company brain can keep us all on track and making decisions with full context

hello mutuals! haven’t seen you all in a minute, great to see familiar faces again before this change I was mostly poasting for strangers. now it feels like a genuine social network, and paradoxically I feel more exposed. tweets for the masses were easier than tweets for friends

model weights are a bad home for institutional knowledge. you cannot audit them. you cannot untrain them. and every new base model resets your work the deeper problem is that your most valuable information is also your most sensitive. it changes daily and it is permissioned. not everyone gets to see everything. you cannot enforce access controls inside a model the split that matters is state vs judgment. weights are good for judgment, taste, and problem solving. state, the facts about your customers and your business, needs to live outside the model where it stays current, auditable, and permissioned your best salesperson is great on a call. they still keep the pipeline in a crm, not in their head enterprises will train models. custom models will 100x. but the learning that compounds will live outside them

we onboarded @arjunsaluja24 and the @booko_app team today booko lets any services business dynamically price based on demand just like airlines do. it’s dead simple to set up and run their team is now powered by a company brain from @hyperspell who should we onboard next?
