The Henrico County Fire Chief Jackson Baynard recognized Saudi Aramco's 27th Cohort of Firefighters this week before the Henrico County Board of Supervisors (BOS). Fellow Hatem Alharbi addressed the BOS with an inspiring speech recognizing their newly adopted fire service family.
