Okay seriously - there is no universe where this is good PR. Even if the rules stay completely as is, being smug and condescending like this can't be the play lol. Unforced error in the extreme that just spotlights unpopular policy.

this is so condescending??? majority of your player base are adults and your in game characters swear. if i can get banned for saying fuck after losing a fight then why would i wanna play lol
