@_CallMeMacy@Taskrabbit This happened to us. Guy left mid job to get a tool. And just left. Refused to offer us anything. Told us it was our fault. We had to spend SO much money to fix the job he never finished that he did wrong. Damaged so many things. @Taskrabbit they refuse to do anything.
Okay this is some crazy (bad) customer service from @Taskrabbit.
1. Hired someone to install a washer/dryer.
2. The tasker cancelled as they weren’t able to do it at the time the calendar said available.
3. Get this email from them (photo). Reminder. I didn’t cancel, he did.
4. Write them like “wtf, I didn’t cancel.”
5. They insist on giving me a “one-time exception” of a $97.45 credit to my account to use on my next task.
6. I’ve asked for my money back multiple times, as I didn’t receive the service I paid for. They refuse. Say I’m welcome to charge back on my credit card (which I will).
How is this even allowed? 🤯🤯🤯
@united cancelled our flight. Only gave options for tomorrow. Not helping at all and I am spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars to deal with all of this which I BETTER get back
@DaiCa2011 Typically, seats especially paid seats are secured for those passengers who purchased them. However, they can sometimes be changes due to operational, medical or emergency needs and persons who would've paid for their seat are refunded.
Confused how I have an aisle seat, then my flight gets delayed @AmericanAir moves my flight then gives me a middle after paying for an aisle? & no one can help.
@AmericanAir I have severe pelvic floor disability and needed an aisle seat. Guess what happened. An accident because I was unable to get out. So I will be contacting HR and higher up due to that. Absolute neglect from you guys.

@AmericanAir Everytime I dm you. You say you can’t help. It’s bs. You’ve been screwing me over since 6am. Forced my flight to be moved. Delayed over and over again. BS. And made me spend MORE money for a seat after disability services assigned me one and then you changed it. Over& over again

@AmericanAir You’ve bumped me multiple times. Move my seats around. I was suppose to be where I need to be right now. And I am still sitting on a plane. Making me miss multiple times I need to attend. How am I suppose to be where I need to be at 3pm when I am still stuck.
@Cheese_Too@AmericanAir Yup. And I’ve been delayed three more times after already being delayed this morning and being forced to make flights. When in reality my original flight would have been just fine. && had to pay more for a seat @AmericanAir
