To be in @pointline_’s presence is a privilege. When you’re with her she pulls you in. She opens you up and you begin to actually “See Generative” as she does. You know that you are in the presence of art. She as a person is a complete work of art. Spending time in person with her works has a similar effect. The presentation of her physical Master Works of Chapter 0: Wind at @fellowshiptrust is stunning. The details of the lines, the textures of pieces such as Mother, they invoke a real curiosity. What am I looking at? This is really code? It seems so natural, that’s because it is.

The lesson for me is that I need to achieve financial freedom in life, before I treat myself to the luxury of collecting more art. The focus is on doing that properly now. I won’t shout about it when it’s done…but there will be signs.

Crashed Out 😔 Writing this because of the many messages I have received. Unfortunately I have had to fire sale a load of art. Two reasons: cash flow issues and a need to tax loss harvest (UK capital gains). A quick apology to all artists for not ‘protecting floors’.
