It tells you that if you’re in favor of powerful people, they’ll get you anything regardless how damaging it is for the people, or how contradicting it makes them look. Your opinion simply doesn’t matter

Appointment of Nishant Kumar as Health Minister of Bihar, after having looked at his media presence, is an absolute slap to not just the people of Bihar but whole India.

Either that, or trusted advisors are just too afraid to bring reality to him. Then that makes him the naked king who everyone acknowledges to call out as naked, & only kids (gen-z folks) have the ability to actually say it out loud.

When I read tweets from Mudi ji, it feels like reading tweets of a clueless, Dady’s prince who is not aware of the reality of the country under his leadership, & living in a dreamland thinking “sab changa si”

So I received the iPad and guy literally handed me over the iPad asked me to feel free to check. That’s what ₹129 was for, a pleasantry 😄😄😄… you guys are really a scammer with premium products. @Apple you should know this too

Ordered an iPad from @amazonIN and got hit with a sneaky ₹129 “inbox inspection” charge. 🧵 At checkout: “included in the price” After payment: magically added on top. Order details? Clean. Just the iPad price. No mention of ₹129 anywhere. Convenient.

For once, many middle class people thought @raghav_chadha is going to be their voice in these times of turmoil & exploitation by the state. Instead he jumped wagons. A politician is no one’s friend after all, but his own!

So exactly what I should be thankful for, to its Producers? Why do they deserve my gratitude?

From first to the very last hawker, I find it hard to believe nobody knew it was not good for consumption, yet every single one of them chose to ignore the nutritional well being of its consumer.

I was slicing mango to make shake for my 1 year old daughter — it was bad quality. Ripe yellow from outside, absolutely unripe from inside. It made through from the farm to my play, jumping so many hands in between.

At this point, all I feel like a cash cow for the government to come & take my money as it pleases it, and I’m left with nothing for my own wellbeing.

No matter the choice, govt is hell bent to drill another hole in our pockets and there’s nothing one can do about it. Because we’re busy working in offices, & we don’t have people or resources to sit on the road in thousands for months.

I recently got this in my society group. And all of us have been hearing about the sudden awakening in municipalities to deal with encroachment. But I have a theory.

@AmazonHelp Why are you trying to dodge the question. The whole point of this conversation is I didn’t understand why the fees was mandatory, and instead of answering is directly you’re beating around the bushes, cited documents which do not have the answer

@AmazonHelp You didn’t understand me at all. My concern is I’m buying a product from you, you are charging random fees from me, show me in the most confusing way, do not give me an option to opt out. That’s basically hooliganism wrapped in an English speaking skin

Big platforms like Amazon don’t “accidentally” design flows like this. They choose to. Fix it.

If it’s INCLUDED → don’t charge extra. If it’s OPTIONAL → make it visible. Not this shady middle ground. Multiply ₹129 across thousands of orders. That’s not a fee. That’s a revenue stream built on confusion.
