Senate Republicans never had any intention of passing the Save America Act. And there will likely not be any other votes of consequence between now and the midterms. Make no mistake, John Thune and his leadership team have betrayed the American people and their president. And they don't care - not one bit. They sabotaged the president's agenda - from day one. Their behavior may likely cost Republicans the House and the Senate. And they deserve to lose. However, President Trump does not deserve to be impeached and that's exactly what would happen if the Democrats regained control. So, we can't let that happen -- for Donald Trump's sake. Let's spare President Trump and the First Lady the agony of endless investigations and trumped up charges. Reelect the gutless guttersnipes. We can deal with the jackassery of Thune and his cowardly band of traitors in 2028. Our president deserved better. And so did America First voters. We got screwed by the Republicans.

The Founding Fathers wanted a Government run by the people. You were to leave the private sector, serve in Congress and then return to being a citizen. Staying in the House or Senate for 50 years is not how it's supposed to work. This needs to be fixed!

#isles I think condemning Darche on Year 1 of his tenure is really not it. I don't love everything he's done but I think you have to give a GM 2-3 seasons at least before you can look at his total body of work and make a real determination. I feel strongly we all believed this roster was not quite good enough the last few years and it's largely unchanged, missing KP, Engvall, Romanov, and Varlamov - but suddenly we're supposed to believe this roster is close to greatness if only our GM didn't trade for some marginal upgrades or adds at the deadline. Just don't think that tracks for me.

Ilya Sorokin nor any goalie for that matter was winning them that game with the urgency they showed. People can rip Roy’s decision all the way, Rittich was left out to dry.

Had no problem with Roy going with Rittich. I have a problem with the embarrassing lack of urgency the team has shown tonight and against inferior opponents all season long.

@stefen_rosner Two Mayfield giveaways wound up in our net. He was sloppy. And forwards could have done a better job with their defensive play.

#Isles Patrick Roy on #Blackhawks first goal after Barzal turnover/failed backcheck: "We should have backchecked and tried to protect the net front on that first goal. And I thought that was maybe the difference in the game." Said that he talked with Barzal. He didn't consider benching him.

@nicolefshirman It wasn’t a goalie problem. We came out like gang busters… took an early lead and then sat back and let up in the throttle. Also, the other goalie came up big a few times. For all the good vibes this year, their penchant for not playing a full 60 minutes has hurt big time.
