So it’s possible that folks who preordered the Limited Edition MSFS2024 from @AerosoftGmbH - will not receive their activation codes until after November 19 as Aerosoft are sending the code with the physical product. Thoughts?

@luciascarlet @clarkcox They changed how the grid works in watchOS 10, it scrolls like the list does except it’s still a collection of circles, whereas before it spread out with the watch face in the centre. Might be that you’re thinking of?

@AlanCline09 @tdohrmann @flightradar24 They reported lost visual when atc asked them to confirm, I’d put this on either the Cessna pilot mucking around on the final path, or the tower controller if they were vectoring the Cessna and not communicating that plan with approach

@tdohrmann @flightradar24 Actually he did a very good job. Aircraft not responding and turning towards aircraft on final. Just reset, get everything back in order and start over again. It’s AAL responsibility to maintain visual, and if they lose the other aircraft, have to report that they did.

The crew of an American Airlines 737 responded to a TCAS alert after a Cessna 182 turned directly into the American flight’s approach path to Austin on 16 Oct. The two aircraft were only separated by 400 feet as the 737 passed almost directly over the Cessna. Watch and listen:

Brazil's accident investigator has published their preliminary report into the Voepass ATR 72-500 accident on August 9. The report indicates that the co-pilot was speaking to the Voepass operational dispatcher, who was on the ground, after the anti-ice alarm went on and off eight times. The pilots also received CRUISE SPEED LOW and DEGRADED PERFORMANCE alerts while flying in icing conditions at Flight Level 170. Two minutes before control of the aircraft was lost the co-pilot commented: “a lot of ice”. The investigation has found that the plane's anti-icing system was activated several times by the pilots during the flight. However, at one point, the plane flew for six minutes with an ice warning without the de-icing system being activated. The Cenipa report does not yet indicate what caused the accident. The lieutenant colonel explained that, at this point, what the agency did was analyze the objective facts regarding the flight. It is not yet possible to say that a failure led to the crash. CCTV shows LATAM Brasil 777-300 tail strike incident while departing Milan Malpensa Airport on Tuesday. The aircraft reportedly suffered significant damage and has been grounded since.

@scribblesscript Arachnids. Honestly don't understand how anyone got through Ghost Monument to Tsuranga with hope intact, the worst run of four stories in Who history by an enormous margin. It did improve dramatically after that, but my faith in it ever being actually good was gone.

For people who didn't enjoy the Chibnall/Whittaker Doctor Who run, I'm curious when y'all stopped thinking/hoping it would pick up? I think I kept talking myself into thinking it would go in a direction I liked until Village of the Angels.
