While 1 in 10 normal ppl went to war, 1 in 5 aristocratic sons did! Normals don't have genes nor soul to do so

@ILLARX1 @piccoladuce Meritocracy can address the human factor via incentives and cultural norms (national value over personal status). Heredity, meanwhile, produces an elite serving the nation or an elite serving himself and there is no incentive for the latter to become the former.

@TheRealNymaus @piccoladuce Such reevaluation can never be reliably done, for if you degrade those ppl, they will become bitter and resetful - that's why to combat it, aristocracy evolutionarily emerged. Meritocracy is constructivist and not natural - it will not last long.

@TheRealNymaus @piccoladuce Well, I disagree. Because the monarch is taught to be a good manager, even if he's not as smart as his predecesors, he will be ok. If he still isn't confident or competent enough, he has his advisors. Monarchy is a traditional system which worked throughout history.
