My focus is simple: learn fast, build real prototypes, and turn classroom knowledge into real-world progress. I’m an engineering student by training and a builder by instinct. If I had to rebuild a #KM program from zero: Find repeated decisions. Find overloaded experts. Find fragile processes. Find messy high-traffic sites. Build one useful search experience. You don’t need a 60-page strategy to start. Find the #KnowledgeLoss. Fix that first.

Looks like a few good answers. I don’t know python, so help me out. It looks an and be are strings or character types. So this is running a don’t to turn b into a regular integer of 5. So it’s multiplying the string of 4, 5 times? That prints 44444? So, if that’s true, why should I care? What practical application does this have?

@psomkarbuilds Super humans are next. If AI can crack human biology 🧬 , they could perfect the genome, eliminate disease 🦠 , stop 🛑 or even reverse aging, Biologically upgrade human intelligence exponentially.

What’s next after AI?

Before building an #AI agent, check: Are the source documents current? Is there one trusted location? Do content owners exist? Are policies consistent? Can users tell what’s official? If not, fix the #KnowledgeBase first.

You have such a good point @BrianFeroldi I feel like B is more achievable when you have someone that's in your corner. We all need a @LeilaHormozi, who is willing to fight on our team from the very start. I hope all of the #ladies out there consider that. Many of you ladies are #RockStars, and are outpacing the men ...but there are plenty of men who would give their all for the right woman.

@ImBenHultin @Umesh__digital I agree with you there. As long as people are not using AI as a crutch. They still need to understand coding or they might put out sub par products. AI is great, but hallucinations still happen.

@IMBonney @Umesh__digital Yeah, AI is greatly lowering the barrier to entry in creating your own software, launching, and running it with just a few people. I really prefer smaller companies over large sluggish companies.

Is it true ?

The biggest #AI risk isn’t hallucination. It’s confident retrieval from bad internal knowledge. Old policy. Wrong SOP. Duplicate file. No owner. No source of truth. AI doesn’t know your organization is messy. It works with what you give it.

Hey Ben (@ImBenHultin), That Small-Teams idea actually doesn’t sound too bad. Better than 1 Amazon to rule them all… If we get enough people specializing in niche areas, maybe we’ll grow our expertise overall. #AI might be good at helping make sure we catch potential gaps and weaknesses. That sounds way more positive than the #DoomAndGloom.

#AI won’t save a messy knowledge system. If the content is outdated, duplicated, buried, or untrusted... AI just makes the confusion faster. The real advantage isn’t better prompts. It’s better #KnowledgeManagement.

AI readiness is knowledge readiness. The more I think about using #ArtificialIntelligence to relearn math, the more I see the same pattern inside organizations. A person relearning math has to ask: Where do I start? What do I already know? Where are my gaps? What should I practice first? How do I know if I understand it? Organizations have a similar #KnowledgeManagement problem. Where does our knowledge live? Which source is authoritative? What’s outdated? Who owns it? What gets recreated every time someone leaves? What would AI retrieve if someone asked today? That last question matters. Tools like ChatGPT, Claude, #Copilot, and agents are powerful. But they don’t magically fix scattered knowledge. If your #SharePoint sites are stale, duplicated, poorly owned, or full of outdated SOPs, AI may just help people find the wrong thing faster. That’s not just an AI problem. That’s a #KnowledgeSystems problem. Before organizations rush into AI adoption, they should ask: What knowledge matters most? Who owns it? Is it current? Can people find it? Can AI retrieve it safely? Better prompts help individuals. Better knowledge systems help organizations perform. What’s the bigger issue in your organization right now: AI tool adoption, or the knowledge environment underneath it? #Microsoft365 #AIReadiness
