@Usedivest I mistakenly deposited 500$ of USDT (ERC20) into my Divest ETH deposit address. I understand they are processed differently, but the funds are on your platform's Ethereum address. Can this be manually credited or reversed? Kindly get back so I can send transaction hash

@Usedivest I need help. I mistakenly sent etherum to a usdt erc20 wallet address on the app. How do I resolve this issue. I can still see my money on the network . But app live chat support said nothing can be done. That the funds are lost. I do not want to believe this. 1/2

@Usedivest as when I send eth to another usdt erc wallet. The receiver will receive eth despite it been a usdt wallet. So I need clear understanding on how your infrastructure work for me not to get funds back.

@pCloudapp Files have been deleted from my local Pc while trying to backup, are not in the trash bin or registered in events. Can only see empty incomplete folders of my files on the trash on pcloud. I tried rewind also I still showing me incomplete folders. I need urgent help!
