The biggest mistake the FG and South West states could make is entrusting the region’s security architecture to Sunday Igboho. It may appear effective and coordinated until 2031, but afterward it could gradually metamorphose into something more sinister that the government may struggle to contain.

@sa_invincible Thank Niger and Britain, your fathers narrowly escaped 😂😂😂😂 they had to beg Niger to help them. Defeat fulanis first, they are chopping off your heads in yorubaland with zero confrontation. Then, imagine what GREAT BIAFRANS will do to you if them grab you this time.😂😂

The mistake our fathers made was to welcome them back after the Biafran war They have shown over time that they don’t deserve any sympathy and empathy

The Ijaws and the people of the Niger Delta should understand that, regardless of how much you try to align with the Hausa, Yoruba, or Fulani political interests, they will always see you as an Igbo and you'll always be a threat to them.

First Ward F meeting of NDC in Amuwo-Odofin Listen to the names he mentioned. Understandably, he might skip the name of the Yorùbá candidate he has in his constituency because that's not his choice but what about governorship in Lagos? Why did he not acknowledge Funsho Doherty for Lagos? But acknowledged Peter Obi for President? He skipped all Yorùbá candidates in NDC and threw support behind only the Igbos. Are they still after good governance or you need a prophet to tell you what they are doing?

Imagine David Umahi calling Tinubu the messiah of Brafia. 😤🤯 “Please, with due respect, Mr. Umahi can support Tinubu in any way he wants to support, but I think it’s a stretch considering the over 3 million people who died” “He can hype Tinubu all he wants, but Biafra is a sore point for Igbo people” —— Rufai Oseni speaking on the Morning Show.

“The typical Igbo person will not speak your language, will not like to speak your language, will speak his or her own language to you, you must speak his own language” (on your land o) When they come to Yoruba land and tell you it’s a culture shock for them that Yoruba people speak Yoruba or Yoruba people speaks Yoruba too much, it’s a playbook of theirs to erode your language so it’s easy for them to take over. They exactly what they are doing.

Earlier today, I arrived in Cape Town, South Africa, to take part in the Spier Dialogue 2026, an important event centred on the future of Africa and the urgent challenges facing our continent and the globe. The Spier Dialogue occurs at a crucial time as Africa grapples with significant issues in governance, democracy, economic inclusion, urbanisation, migration, and leadership. However, it also highlights the vast opportunities presented by the energy and creativity of our young population. As leaders and stakeholders gather from various regions, I look forward to partaking in insightful discussions, especially as I have the privilege of addressing attendees tomorrow on policies geared toward growth. Africa’s future should not be characterised by poverty amid abundance or by division instead of development. It is time for us to transition from consumption to production, from divisive politics to politics built on competence and compassion, and from mere promises to tangible progress that serves everyday citizens. Upon my arrival, I had the opportunity to meet with the Nigerian community in Cape Town for a heartfelt discussion about the recent challenges affecting African expatriates in South Africa, resulting in over two hours of fruitful dialogue. I remain dedicated to advocating for a New Nigeria and a New Africa—one where governance genuinely serves the people, where the youth are equipped with education and opportunities, and where leadership is founded on integrity, service, and sacrifice. A New Nigeria POssible. -PO
