#HMRC,why don’t you develop an employment status tool that applies to all industries, without taking in to account any caselaw, whilst making the tool so convoluted that you need a HR, Finance and Law degree to be able to answer the questions... oh wait you already have #CESTfool

@IR35Protect @DrICampbell @DoghouseQ Hahaha! #HMRC drank the Kool-Aid! Their examples sound just like the garbage that the CEST tool spits out - Ignoring all the finer points of case law that has come to pass. Love their rumour/fact section. Do they have Kim Jon-Un writing this stuff?
