प्रति स्टेशन पर एक आदर्श खानपान यूनिट का पायलट प्रोजेक्ट चला कर देखा जा सकता है। ये मॉड्यूलर विभागीय खानपान यूनिट वर्ल्ड क्लास हाइजीन स्टैंडर्ड का पालन करके यात्रियों को बेहतर सेवा दे सकती हैं एवं निजी यूनिटों के लिए मिसाल बन सकती हैं। इकॉनमी ऑफ स्केल से प्रॉफिटेबल भी होंगी। 2/3
