They've been asking for unnecessary docs and info for not approving the claim. Their customer support responds in a week and they keep asking for additional reports. It's a simple cataract operation for both eyes, which is covered in insurance.

We've been struggling with claim approval, we're being asked for unnecessary reports. Asking for diagnosis and medical report of Angina and Arrythmia, old dated 2018 reports for cataract surgery.

I have been trying to obtain health insurance for my family, including my young child, from @HDFCERGOGIC After providing requested consent and sending several follow-up emails, the policy is still not issued. Really disappointing that my requests are simply ignored!

Denied cashless for cancer surgery.Submitted ALL original documents on 9 Feb,complied with every query, even physical verification done. still no reimbursemen.

This is complete negligence and harassment. I have clearly explained multiple times that the consultation was on 12 March 2022, after policy start on 11 March 2022. It is NOT a pre-existing disease.
I have shared doctor’s written proof, policy continuity since 2022, and all documents. Still you are blindly repeating “non-disclosure” without any evidence.
Now cancelling policy with nil refund without addressing facts is completely unacceptable.
Stop ignoring customers and respond properly with proof.

🚨 Disgraceful! @Niva_Bupa cancelled a policy after 2 years 9 months of perfect payments just to avoid a claim. A bank freeze caused a temporary EMI lapse with Fibe , yet the insurer terminated the cover. Is this how you treat loyal customers? @irdaiindia please intervene!
