
It has been almost a since the last communcation rearding resolution on the proposal with @HDFCERGO. Despite repeated follow-ups there has been no response. Pathetic service.
Requesting @IRDAI_India to kindly look into this matter.

I have been trying to obtain health insurance for my family, including my young child, from @HDFCERGOGIC After providing requested consent and sending several follow-up emails, the policy is still not issued. Really disappointing that my requests are simply ignored! @irdaiindia
