@IndusIndGenIn It's almost 15 days since request got raised. I running out of patience, As mentioned yesterday, If I don't get the endorsement letter by CoB, I'll flag this to IRDAI.

@IndusIndGenIn , Service Request # 48804262 raised 5 days ago for policy endorsement. Shared all the documents requested and called customer care multiple times to escalate but still not progressing for resolution. Very pathetic service and experience.

@IndusIndGenIn I got a call and the person spoke to me . The documents have been received. The sale letter is not available since my firm does not provide one, instead they have provided a clearance letter. Was assured that this will be forwarded to the right team for further consideration.
