@IndusIndGenIn Really disappointed with the service. Every time my claim gets delayed, and this time even ₹3000 tail light is not being covered. This is unacceptable and feels like third-class service. Even after mailing Raman and the CEO, there is no response at all.?

@IndusIndGenIn Your agents fraudulently sold multiple policies to my father without consent and misled us with false promises. No valid branch address in Delhi, and customer support gives incorrect details. Take immediate action or we will escalate legally and to IRDAI.

@IndusIndGenIn Sir, if you are not able to approve my claim, then what is the point of keeping this policy? Even a small claim of ₹3000 is not being approved. This level of service is very disappointing. Kindly resolve this at the earliest and approve my claim.
