That’s a wrap on #Consensus2026. Wild week. And the market voted with its feet. Over $1.5 billion in total value chose to be secured by Chainlink this week instead of alternative providers. That’s not a marketing number. That’s protocols and serious builders making a decision about whose infrastructure they trust when the attackers come knocking. The next 12 months are not about who shipped the loudest. They’re about who built infrastructure that holds when the volumes get bigger, the attackers get sharper, and the stakes get real. Every protocol that picked Chainlink this week made that choice with their eyes open. The industry is sorting itself into two groups right now. The serious and the temporary.
