61st Convocation Ceremony of ISTC, CSIR-CSIO, held today. Dr. K.K. Shukla, Director, MANIT Bhopal, honoured the occasion as Chief Guest,while Dr. Alka Rao, Director, CSIR-IMTech Chandigarh, graced the event as Guest of Honour. Heartiest congratulations to all graduating students!
