I speak for every single soccer fan in America 🇺🇸 when I say that today we all want Inter Miami to be eliminated in the MLS playoffs. The earlier Messi FC gets knocked out, the funnier it is!! Can SKC go out and say hey, we'll bring Mbappe and pay him 50 million and the MLS, apple and addidas will add another 50 million in add ons?

The "separate" deals are baked into player contracts owned by the league. Apple and Adidas don't make deals about revenue sharing MLS broadcasting rights and merch w/o MLS involvement

Why can one team max out a player and then the league supplement that with additional revenue from partners and other add ons? Also, who owns inter Miami?

@mandmflem @TheMikeMorton No, but it's not an uncommon practice to see people come out and vote for a candidate and not cast votes for other races. Kamala failed to reach her base and tried to go after the moderate Republican base, which meant she didn't get enough of either group.

This is based on the counting so far... In Michigan, Trump won by 79,302. There were 85,069 more total votes for president than Senator. The Dem Senator won. In Wisconsin, Trump won by 28,480. There were 39,962 more votes for president than Senator. The Dem Senator won.

Need one of two things for this to be a foul on the attacker: he must either prevent the goalkeeper from releasing the ball from the hands or kick or attempt to kick the ball when the goalkeeper is in the process of releasing it. #ATLvMIA #MLSCupPlayoffs

@Marcspurs1468 @AFC_Monty_ If Saliba doesn't tangle with the forward then they both stay on their feet. Meaning Saliba is within a yard of the attacker. So the positioning of the other Arsenal defenders is irrelevant. Initial call of Yellow was correct.

This is the pitch positions of where the fouls were committed and where the players 'recovering' were positioned. Colwill was deemed to be in a position to recover so it is not a clear goal scoring opportunity. Ben white was deemed to be too far away to prevent it being a clear goal scoring opportunity.

It's run by 95% volunteer coaches, we have connections to new balance for discounted uniforms, and we still spend 2k in club fees and uniforms. Town teams with no access to Big leagues run for about 1k

Ah yes, free soccer. Who is paying for all this free soccer?
