@Uber_Support Since I was canceled, I can’t reach out to the customer I no longer have her phone number. Her order was sent to the restaurant again and it was going to be at least 15 minutes before Uber sent out the request for delivery. Customer gets cold food. I’m out a $15 fare.

@Uber_Support When the representative came back on the line, the staff was handing me the fresh order which they made at their cost. The representative said, thank you for bringing your concerns to us and we have canceled the call. I said I didn’t want to canceled. I was just asking a ?.

@Uber_Support She stated that she had not received the order. I called customer support to say that the restaurant was re-firing the food, but wanted to know if there was a way to reach out to the previous driver who canceled. I was told there was no way and put on hold……

@Uber_Support Uber eats order. I am a driver. Another driver had the order, picked it up and canceled taking the food. Customer has been waiting. 45 minutes. When I received the request. Stafford said an order has been picked up. I spoke to customer explain what happened…

Just had lousy customer support service from @Uber_Support Sometimes I wonder why I bother.
