In today's world, where women can be gainfully employed and earn their own money, leaving her personal finances empty could discourage her or push her to demand a significant change in the dynamics of her marriage. And the kids may bear the brunt of it. Your wife is not supposed to come to ask you for money to do her hair. Your wife is not supposed to come to you to beg you money for airtime or data. Your wife is not supposed to come ask you for money for her sanitary wears or whenever she feels like eating something outside of what you have given her money for. Your wife should always feel like she can buy female things or do things without coming to beg you for money. Earmark a certain amount from your monthly income for her. Women love money, and that's why her major complain is that "nobody is giving her money". And she has a husband. End.
