At. The hospital one doctor can be attending to 40+ outpatient and theres wards and ER etc.

The GROOTFONTIEN state hospital has how many doctors? They have to accommodate , Gam area, the Tsumkwe area, the Omatako area, Rooidag,grasshook, and all those villages around there, plus grootfontein and the farms.
Do they know what state that hospital is in and mind you....

This won't work, and we all know it. Instead of wasting money on these things, hire more doctors and have the state hospitals at the same standard as private hospitals.

I support Honourable Minister Dr. Esperance Luvindao. Biometric attendance in hospitals simply means staff must be present and properly recorded. No more signing in for each other. It ensures doctors and nurses are actually on duty, so patients receive better care.

Not necessarily. If you pay R9.5K as a bond premium, you still have to factor in rates and taxes which could suck another R3K.
I dont think we spend enough time discussing the real costs of owning a property.
