WHY YOU SHOULD NOT USE @01Exchange? Until today, I have always talked to you about new and well-functioning perp DEXs. But this time, I’m explaining “WHY YOU SHOULD NOT USE @01Exchange?” BEFORE INTRODUCING ANY PERP DEX TO USERS, I ALWAYS TEST THEM. BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, I WRITE BOTH THE OPPORTUNITIES I SEE AND THE PROBLEMS I FACE. HOWEVER, THIS TIME, BECAUSE OF THE BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD, I WANT TO WRITE THESE LINES FOR THE PROJECT CALLED @01Exchange, WHICH THINKS IT IS A PERP DEX: Bad communication, Lazy and unwilling to do their job, Incapable of fixing a problem they accepted for 15 days, Presenting an underdeveloped product to users without proving its adequacy, Misleading you in your live trades, DO NOT USE THIS EXCHANGE THAT ROBS YOU AND TRIES TO TREAT YOU LIKE YOU’RE STUPID! MY ADVICE IS THAT YOU CHECK YOUR TRANSACTIONS RETROACTIVELY. BECAUSE THE DATA THEY PROVIDE TO YOU IS WRONG, INCOMPLETE, AND FAULTY. I’M ALSO EXPLAINING WHAT I EXPERIENCED HERE: 15 days ago, I opened a delta neutral position on @01Exchange. My position was $BTC, and I closed it with $59.69 profit. However, the problem is that this positive PNL was not reflected in my account. It showed no PNL in the Trade History section and was not added to my total portfolio. Then I downloaded my data, and I saw that my PNL data was also not included in the file. After that, I opened a ticket via DC and contacted the team the same day. The next day, the team asked for my Solana address, and I sent it. After waiting a few days, on the 17th of the month, I received a response. They said the issue was being investigated, that there was a problem with the PNL calculation, that it would be reviewed and fixed, and that it would take time. And I was asked to wait. On February 21, I asked whether there was any update, and I was told that more time was still needed. And for the last 1 week, I haven’t received any response from the team, and my problem is still not resolved. This is not about $60. I could have had problems with a large amount as well. A simple $60 should not be this much of a problem. If 01 Exchange has really taken a user’s $60, then I officially donate this amount to them. THE TEAM ALSO DESERVES CONGRATULATIONS AT THIS POINT. WITH JUST $60, THEY HAVE EARNED FROM ME A NEGATIVE PR CAMPAIGN FOR THE ENTIRE LIFETIME OF THEIR PROJECT. I WILL CONTINUE TO FOLLOW THIS SPACE AND KEEP WRITING ABOUT THE BAD ACTORS WHO HAVE NOT BEEN HEARD LOUDLY ENOUGH IN THE PERP DEX MARKET!
