@TheRAC_UK - Appalling service last Friday, cancelled services after paying £384.25 and after 5 days still received the refund. The AA who did help us out was amazing and cost me nothing. Complaint gone into mailbox as everyone I have spoken to on the phone can't help me.

@GOoutdoors wife placed order on Monday. Email confirmation. Money taken. Not showing in online order. Phoned yesterday and today staff unhelpful saying out of stock even though it says on email delivered by Monday. Apparently no managers available to complain to. #WhatsGoingOn

Anyone had a poor experience with @BritishGas or Dyno where they have damaged your property. Took 5 months to investigate and then offered nothing but £125 as a good will gesture, Rust damage caused by engineer leaving waste pipe open for 48 hours. #shocked #poorcustomerservice
