@GinaDowding Yes, very interesting - and paradoxical. You have the status to have a voice and yet you don't exercise your voice to achieve the things that you want. A fear of 'power' or 'contamination' by mainstream Green groups if 6 are seen to work with the Establishment?

Day 57 of #widowhood. 8 long weeks since I said a final goodbye to the love of my life. Today I’ve tried to nap (baby is ill so no sleep last night), had coffee at a friend’s, hosted a play date for 4, & failed to get on top of the chaos in the house. Bracing myself for another

@widow_waiting @ob_helen @elketweets When my mother in law died my youngest (then 6) sat at the kitchen table and said: 'It's sad that grandma has died.' 'It is,' we said. 'What's for pudding?' He asked.
The difficulty for adults is that if we have moments of forgetfulness, we then feel guilty. We should not.

My ❤️ is bursting w/ pride tonight, at the end of day 8 of #widowhood. 4 recited @elketweets’ ace book, ‘Is Daddy Coming Back in a Minute?’ pretty much verbatim to baby. It breaks my ❤️ that she needs to understand that death is permanent, but I’m so very proud that she does.
