@SalmonScotland @sustain_aqua It might be called "CleanTreat" but it definitely isn't clean sea afterwards. #salmon farms use our seas as a chemical dumping ground. It's cheap for them but not nice and most certainly not 'sustainable'. Clean up or clear off please.

I have never served Salmon since I discovered the horrendous increasing deaths of the fish, the destruction of the environment and the “spin” and bought propaganda used to cloak the industries greedy and morally bankrupt manipulators. As hospitality providers we have a choice.
