@archer_rs An elderly friend mentioned once that we have lost the joy of motoring and now just drive.

A lovely, really enjoyable drive last evening from home to my hotel here in Menetou-Salon. I chose a route deliberately avoiding the motorways and stuck to country roads. The Alpine reveled in the challenge and was a delight through fast flowing corners and sprint acceleration.
