Although I think we need a change, if the board believe in him then they’re right to come out and say what they have. I’ll be backing the team on Saturday whilst being ready to criticise if I see what I have done for the last month or so in terms of performance. #wafc

When you are out try saying hello to random people you walk past. I started doing it two years ago and it changed my life. I went from being a depressed loner to now having a girlfriend and a group of mates I go open water swimming with on weekends.

Heading up Great Shunner Fell on Saturday. A nice long ascent out of Hardraw to the summit. Definitely needs some rain though!!

@UKhotfoodchat Was driving back from Lakes yesterday and there was a huge Reform placard stuck on side of M61. Laughed so hard cos someone must have parked up on the hard shoulder and made the effort of spray painting ‘don’t be silly’ across it. Lol all the way home 🤣

The Yorkshire 3 Peaks. Went out to run the 3 Peaks loop in reverse this morning (although who decided anti-clockwise was the norm?) and catch many friends taking on the Pennine Barrier event. All summits to myself. Somehow.

In the market for a camper with not a huge budget but rather go through good contacts than dealers 🙏 Been dreaming this dream for way too many years; promised I’d do it once my youngest turned 18 and here we are!

Back on the Manchester to Liverpool event this morning. Not the most scenic race I’ve ever done as it’s 50 miles along the canal and the Trans Pennine Trail, but the race organisation is top notch.
