Great day out canvassing yesterday with my fellow candidates and the wonderful members across Glyndyfrdwy and Carrog. Across Gwynedd Maldwyn you’ve got such beautiful places and Glyndyfrdwy and Carrog don’t disappoint especially with the River Dee flowing through.

Welsh Labour is clear. Delivering for our NHS, growing the economy, cutting waiting lists for eight months running. While others risk it all with no plan.

Delighted that Wales has become the first UK nation to ban greyhound racing. A huge tribute to the charities, campaigners and activists behind #CutTheChase. Racing will now be phased out by 2030, ending a practice that caused suffering for the benefit of the gambling industry.

I plan to be the voice for Gwynedd Maldwyn in the Senedd. I plan to be a constituency first MS. I want to help with the every day needs of constituents from healthcare to housing and everything in between. I hope you’ll consider lending me your vote on May 7th.

Welsh Labour’s Young Person’s Guarantee means real opportunities for 16–24 year-olds in Wales - in education, training and apprenticeships. Re-elect us this May and we’ll expand it to include 14–16 year-olds too.

Fantastic day out in Dolgellau. Great reception on the doors. People are concerned about Plaids failures in Gwynedd Council and don’t want that replicated across Wales. The Gwynedd Maldwyn Labour candidates offer local voices, progressive policies and community first approach.

20mph has worked. It’s made roads safer and people are alive today because of it who otherwise wouldn’t be. Also, with a cost-of-living crisis reversing it all back to 30 would just be a waste of money, especially when it’s working.

Today is about the values that make us proud to be Welsh. Fairness. Compassion. Looking out for one another. Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus i chi gyd.

If I get to the Senedd I’ll fight like hell for student loan debt forgiveness. Totally ridiculous for it to be rejected. We have to be bold this election. Bold and brave.

I grew up in Welshpool. I’m proud of being from here. I want to go to the Senedd to fight for the people in the community I call home. It’s not about climbing the greasy ladder of party politics, it’s about public service.

Nye Bevan when he created the NHS had dentistry free for all under the NHS. The next Welsh Government needs to return dentistry fully to the NHS so everyone, everywhere has access to dentistry. Better conditions and better pay will solve the recruitment issue.
