@TicketmasterCS ive purchased 2 vip tickets for Alanis Morissette at Blenheim Place , your faqs say as a disabled customer i would get carer ticket free and refund one of the tickets, this not happening.

@northernassist There is a legal requirement for wheelchair spacesto be kept clear at all times, therefore bikes mustnot be stored in these spaces. Please ensure thewheelchair space is kept clear. These were not !!

@northernassist your your Driver and conductor name Mark McKinnon put everybody in danger on the 1503 from Sheffield to Castleford by allowing at least 15 bikes on the train the bikes were hover above prams and people , I complained and he nothing !!
. Our trains can only carry a maximum of two bikesper train, but we are exploring how to increase each train’s capacity, making cycle-train usage a more viable option this was not followed.
