Today, I paid a courtesy visit to Fola Oyekunle (Don), the Honourable Member representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency. The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions on youth development, empowerment, and the role of young people in shaping the future of Oyo State. It was also an opportunity to sincerely appreciate him for his continuous support for the youth in Ibadan North, Ibadan, and Oyo State at large. During the visit, I highlighted the growing need to intentionally invest in the capacity of youths across the state, particularly in areas such as digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and civic participation. I also emphasized how strategic support and inclusive policies can help unlock the immense potential within the youth population, enabling them to contribute more effectively to community growth and economic development. Furthermore, I intimated him on ongoing grassroots efforts and initiatives aimed at equipping young people with relevant skills and opportunities. I stressed the importance of collaboration between public office holders and youth-driven platforms to create sustainable impact. It was a productive and insightful engagement, and I look forward to seeing more deliberate actions that prioritize youth inclusion and development in Oyo State.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of presenting certificates to participants at the conclusion of the 2-day Future Forward Lab, where I trained on Visual Content and Content Creation with iLeadAfrica, sponsored by Upwork, in Ibadan. It was inspiring to see young people from Oyo State fully engaged as we explored storytelling, content creation techniques, visual consistency, and practical use of design tools. Watching them grow, learn, and confidently showcase their creativity was truly fulfilling. I appreciate @ilead4africa and @Upwork for making this impactful initiative possible and for investing in the future of our youths. Trainings like this play a vital role in reducing unemployment in our community while boosting creativity and digital skills. Grateful for the opportunity to contribute. The journey continues. ❤️
